Fifty years on from the first ever James Bond film Dr. No, Bond returns in Skyfall, and this is a terrific return to very top form.
Bond is pitted against flamboyant villain Raoul Silva (Javier Bardem), who is intent on dismantling MI6 and making a fool of M (Judi Dench).
Daniel Craig is surely now a contender for best-ever Bond. This version of 007 is characteristically tough, but for the first time there are hints too of his tragic past. Thunderous entertainment.
