Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Discount
1.1. Ticket Discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
1.2. Discount is only applied to a ticket bought by a Member for a Member. This does not include guests.
1.3. Discount can only be honored when a valid Membership Card is presented
1.4. Family members get discount for both adult tickets on presentation of a valid Membership Card.
1.5. Eligible for discount until midnight on date of expiry date on valid Membership Card.
1.6. Discount can be used against both peak and off-peak showings.
1.7. Discount will only be applied to tickets when staff are presented with a valid Membership Card.
1.8. Discount not valid against special offers or discounted tickets (including Senior Screenings, Watch With Baby, Student Nights etc).
1.9. Discount can not be redeemed against Special Events or premium rate (including NTLive etc).
1.10. Vouchers can not be redeemed against IMAX DMR films.

2. Membership Card
2.1. Membership Cards can only be used by the named person.
2.2. Family Membership consists of up to two adults and up to four children under the age of 16.
2.3. To replace lost Membership Cards, in the first instance this will be free, further replacements may incur a small administrative charge.
2.4. Membership Cards must be presented to staff before discounts are issued and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.5. Temporary cards are valid for two weeks from the date shown and will not be accepted after this time.

3. Complimentary Tickets
3.1. Vouchers are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
3.2. Vouchers are valid for one year from the start date of your Membership.
3.3. Vouchers can be redeemed for both peak and off-peak showings.
3.4. Vouchers must be presented alongside a valid Membership Card to staff in exchange for valid tickets before entering the cinema.
3.5 Vouchers no valid against special offers or discounted tickets.
3.6 Vouchers can not be redeemed against IMAX DMR films.
3.7 Vouchers can not be redeemed against Special Events or premium rate screenings.

4. Cafe Offer
4.1 Discount will only be honoured when a valid Membership Card is presented.
4.2 10% discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer incl. Members Monthly Café Offers (MMCO) for Members.
4.3 MMCO can be redeemed by presenting your MMCO voucher.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a seven day cooling off period. Cancellation can occur in this time if complimentary tickets have not been issued, or (if they have been issued) are returned. Inability to return all complimentary tickets means cancellation is not possible. Written instruction of cancellation is also required to the Membership Executive by letter or email.

All offers and benefits are subject to change. We will write to you if there are any significant changes as well as update the relevant website pages to reflect the current discounts and benefits available to Members in the Museum and through local businesses.
