BAF09 submissions now closed

Thank you to everyone who submitted a film for this November's festival. If your film is selected in competition or in panorama, we'll let you know by Monday 7 September 2009. We do receive a high number of entries, so unfortunately we won't be able to notify you if you're not selected for these categories. Best of luck! BAF 2009 runs from 11 - 14 November 2009; BAF Game 2009 from 10 - 11 November.

BAF08 was a tremendous success with an eclectic mix of screentalks, workshops, exclusive screenings and special events with some of the industry’s main players.

The festival came to a close with the 15th annual BAF Awards hosted by Barry Purves. During the evening the competition winners were announced and a full list can be seen here. Also now available are the nomination reels for the various different competition categories.
