Since its inception in 1995, Bradford International Film Festival (BIFF) has attracted some of the very best in new cinema while presenting an array of vintage classics from the vaults. The Festival includes the annual Shine Award, highlighting the work of new and up-and-coming filmmakers as well as the perennially popular Widescreen Weekend which draws large format film aficionados from all around the world with the National Media Museum’s ability to show every film format up to and including 3-strip Cinerama and IMAX.
