Outraged at being blocked in by another car, an angry woman stages a protest to the whole neighbourhood. She gets more than she bargained for when she suffers the wrath of a local resident trying to carve out a little bit of piece and quiet in the noisy city. His act of vigilantism is repaid with painfully ironic consequences.
