Support for Artists

One of the biggest challenges facing recently graduated artists and those choosing an artistic vocation is finding support for professional development, in particular, paid employment and presentation opportunities. These challenges are increasing as financial pressures on the cultural industries sector grow and, competition for limited funds is fierce. However, organisations such as Pavilion and the National Media Museum are continuing to provide mentoring and funding support for artists to make and show new work.
